NET-Stock
is an integrated real-time electronic trading system.   It significantly improves the traditional securities or futures transaction processing environment by minimizing errors occur in paper recording and communication processes.  What's more, with the sophisticated solutions for transaction management covering credit control, exception processing, alert message, bulk cancel, etc., it is possible for securities firms to give quick responses and make optimum decisions in the increasingly demanding trading environment.  The system utilizes functional and modular concepts to allocate different functions to each workstation. In other words, there is great flexibility in equipping a workstation with both Trading and Manager functions or any other combinations as considered appropriate.

Taking into consideration the booming demand for connectivity solutions within financial services markets, NET-Stock integrates both web-based and traditional network connections, so there will be no problem for securities firms moving into the internet.


The system consists of four modules:

A.E. Terminal
Place, Amend and Cancel order
Lookup and access client's information, portfolio status and transactions
Lookup and access trader or Account Executive (AE)'s information and trade day activity




Facility Control
Approve or Reject an order from trader based on client's status of stock holding - Buy Limit Excess, Unsettled Excess, Fund Required, Amount of stock on hand, Average price of stock on hand, Cost of Investment, Market Value, Net Gain/Loss, ...

 

Dealer Terminal
Transfer order from AE Terminal or Credit Control to the Trading Floor or reject order

 

Manager Terminal
- System Setting maintenance
- Report Maintenance
- provide Managerial Information to managerial hierarchy
