  Filter customers with criteria like:
- Spending > $5000 in the past 3 months
- Spending on product A > $3000 in the past 6 months
- Zero spending in the past 6 months
- Birthday in the coming month
- Membership will expire in the coming 2 months

  OR
Sort customers:

- by Total Spending in the past year
- by Spending on category A in the past year
- select top 3000 customers as target
